Natalia Does Yoga
A 6 week Beginners Yoga course, suitable for anyone new or experienced to Yoga.
We will build on the foundations of Yoga practice and focus on releasing negativity, tension and stress from the body through a dynamic system of;
Mantras (chanting of sacred sounds), Jattis (warm up practices), Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath control) and end in a guided relaxation.
Through regular practice you will start to feel strength of body and mind, increased flexibility, and a calmer more balanced demeanour.
