5 week Beginners Yoga course starting on 4th September at Redhouse Cymru, Merthyr Tydfil.
This class is suitable for anyone completely new to Yoga as well as those with previous experience. We will be practising according to the very classical Gitananda Yoga tradition covering :
Asanas (postures), Kriyas (synchronised movement and breath), Pranayama (breath control) and ending in a guided relaxation.
You will come away from this class feeling relaxed, having released stress and tensions from the body. Through regular attendance and practising in this way you will begin to notice more flexibility and strength in your body, and an increased wellbeing of mind, body and spirit.
Instructions
You will need your own mat, a bottle of water and a blanket for adjustments and relaxation.
