Kundalini Yoga for Nervous System Vitality

In today’s fast-paced world, it is easy to feel overwhelmed with long to-do lists and constant media consumption. This pressure can take a toll on the nervous system. To stay healthy, it is important to adopt practices that help us switch from the fight/flight response to the rest/digest mode.

This course is designed to nourish and strengthen your nervous system through the powerful practices of Kundalini Yoga. During the 6 weeks, we will explore a series of dynamic kriyas, breathwork techniques, and meditations specifically tailored to soothe the nervous system, release stress, and enhance overall vitality. Through the ancient wisdom of Kundalini Yoga, you will learn how to cultivate inner resilience, promote mental clarity, and restore a sense of calmness and balance.

 

CAN I ATTEND AS A BEGINNER?

This class is inclusive of all levels. Different variations are provided to cater to each individual’s needs.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will gain value from the practice.

Contraindications: unfortunately, this course is not suitable for pregnant women, people with a pacemaker or those who suffer from epilepsy.
