Designed to be a relaxed pace but aimed to improve fitness as well as connect participants to the natural world.

Starts Weds 26th July for 6 weeks
10am-12.30pmThe walks are gentle and aimed to improve health and wellbeing. Suitable for most abilities.
The walks are free but booking is essential.
