Join me, Natalia a trainee Yoga teacher, on the mat for this 10 week Beginners Yoga course where we will be focusing on relaxing the body and releasing any tension.
The perfect way to end your day, finding peace and calm in your mind and body.
Each 1 hour class will build from the last and include :
– Jattis (loosening movements)
– Kriyas (flowing movements with the breath)
– Pranayama (breathing practices)
– Kriyas (flowing movements with the breath)
– Pranayama (breathing practices)
Ending with a guided relaxation
The class will be calming and gentle aimed at beginners (but not limited to), helping us tune into our bodies and prepare ourselves physically and mentally for a full yoga asana practice (which I will be offering once I am qualified).
